Music can be a powerful tool for advocacy and change. Are there any social or political causes that you’re passionate about, and how does your music play a role in promoting these issues?

I am a big advocate for Breast Cancer research.

The music industry has evolved significantly with technology. How do you see artificial intelligence and emerging technologies impacting the creation and distribution of music in the future?

I believe the audience has a variety of choices at the fingertips now which is great. I think that the social media explosion is good for exposure for the artist and allows the audience to peek behind to veil sort of speak to get to know the artist much better and stay in touch. I also think that the artist must do the work to develop their skills and not allow the AI to do all the thinking for them. Use it as a tool. Not a crutch.

Many recording artists evolve over time. How do you see your musical journey changing and growing in the next decade?

I have been very blessed to be around great musicians contributing to my projects.
I am being pushed to my creative limits each time causing me to grow in my craft.
I never look at other artist as competition, I only see them at the point of their journey and appreciate.
